PrimeIT is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to guide agile teams in Porto or Lisbon, with a hybrid work setup requiring 2 days in the office. The role targets professionals with extensive experience in Scrum practices and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

You will organize ceremonies, remove impediments, and bridge IT stakeholders with clear communication in both French and English, while maintaining Agile process documentation and transparency across the organization.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with +6 years of experience:

• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring that all team members are engaged and productive.
• Remove impediments, creating conditions for the team to become more effective.
• Act as a liaison between the IT team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project status, risks, and requirements in both French and English.
• Maintain documentation related to Agile processes, sprint goals, and team progress, ensuring transparency and alignment across the organization.

Location: Porto or Lisbon, mandatory location in Portugal

Regime: Hybrid, 2x week in the office

Level of Experience: Senior (+7 years)

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,750 to €3,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
