ACENSI Portugal is seeking a Scrum Master in Lisbon to promote Agile practices and ensure value delivery. The role focuses on facilitating Scrum ceremonies, supporting team maturity, and removing impediments to enable smooth progress and collaboration across the organization.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of professional Scrum Master experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and mediation skills.
• Autonomous, well-organized and results-oriented in dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate and ensure proper execution of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
• Support teams in adoption, maturity, and continuous improvement of Agile practices.
• Identify and help remove impediments for the team.
• Promote clear and transparent communication between the team, Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance indicators and support continuous process improvements.
• Contribute to dissemination of Agile values across the organization.

This role will play a key part in promoting the Scrum framework, ensuring process efficiency, team collaboration, and consistent value delivery to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and ensure the proper execution of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective);
• Support teams in the adoption, maturity, and continuous improvement of Agile practices;
• Act as a facilitator in identifying and removing impediments;
• Promote clear and transparent communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders;
• Monitor performance indicators and support continuous process improvement;
• Actively contribute to the dissemination of Agile values and principles across the organization.

Candidate Profile

• Professional experience between 1 to 3 years as a Scrum Master or in similar roles;
• Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
• Strong facilitation, communication, and mediation skills;
• Autonomous, well-organized, and results-oriented profile;
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.

Language Skills (mandatory requirement)

• English: Fluent (spoken and written);
• French: is a plus

Nice to Have

• Continuous improvement mindset and orientation toward innovation.
