Next Engineering seeks an experienced Scrum Master to drive agile delivery within software teams. You will facilitate ceremonies and coach cross‑functional groups across distributed environments, removing impediments and enabling autonomy.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and ongoing process improvement. Hybrid work in Portugal (Lisbon/Porto) is offered with competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies and Agile delivery.
• Experience facilitating multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards or equivalent Agile project management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to promote team collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve impediments, blockers and risks.
• Coordinate dependencies with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and agile delivery across projects.

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams;

• Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills;
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to promote team collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement;
