We Are META in Portugal is seeking a Scrum Master (French Speaker) for a hybrid role based in Porto or Lisbon. 6+ years of experience, fluency in English and French (B2), and proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams are required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years as Scrum Master required.
• Fluent English (B2) and French (B2) required.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder liaison and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews).
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and process improvement.
• Liaise with stakeholders, manage expectations, and maintain Agile docs.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• +6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Skilled in coaching teams on Agile principles, fostering self-organization, accountability, and continuous process improvement
• Strong communicator and mediator, adept at stakeholder liaison, conflict resolution, and maintaining Agile documentation
• Fluency in English (B2)
• Fluency in French (B2)
• Availability for Hybrid model 2 times a week, based in Porto or Lisbon
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
