Decskill is seeking a Scrum Master to lead an initiative based in Lisbon with occasional trips to Spain. You will remove impediments, coach the team, and ensure Agile ceremonies and practices are followed to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have Scrum Master experience, solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, and familiarity with Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, autonomy, and English proficiency are essential for collaboration across our international context.

We are looking for a Scrum Master a project based in Lisbon with occasional trips to Spain:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and eliminate impediments and dependencies identified by the product team.
• Implement Agile best practices, coaching and helping the team.
• Reinforce Agile principles and values, making sure each element fulfils its role.
• In the retrospective, making sure that actions are defined, and follow up with those actions.
• Support Product Owner in the refinement of User Stories.
• Making sure that the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done" are followed by the team.
• Schedule all the Agile cerimonies.
• Foster maximum collaboration within the teams and with other teams.
• Protect the Agile Team from external influences.
• Help the team in achieving the deliverables and performance according to the product vision.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology;
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies;
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira and Confluence;
• Team-oriented vision with strong commitment;
• Proactive taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising;
• Good work ethic and high levels of motivation.
• Very Good communication skills;
• Availability/Flexibility;
• Reactivity, autonomy and curiosity;
• Scrum Master Certification (is a plus).
• Good communication Skills;
• Good level of english.
