Accenture in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join as we establish a center of excellence for a leading multinational fintech client. You will coach cross-functional teams, facilitate ceremonies, and help the Product Owner optimize the backlog for delivering maximum value.

You will also drive agile practices, enable continuous improvement, and collaborate with global colleagues in a hybrid Portugal work model, with access to training and certification support.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, XP and Kanban principles.
• Experience with Scrum ceremonies, artifacts and coaching teams.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure artifact transparency.
• Support Product Owner with backlog management and value delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments, including technical or organizational blockers.
• Act as an internal coach to help teams become self-organized and high performing.

We are looking for a Scrum Master for an opportunity to join and be part of the creation of a center of excellence for a Leading Multinational Fintech Company.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of +5years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead
• Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding ofScrum, XP, Kanban)
• Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
• Agile Practices related to Software Engineering:
  • Automated Testing techniques
  • Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment
  • Test Driven Development
• Metrics:
  • Velocity vs Productivity
• Tools: Jira/Confluence
• Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value
• Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related
• Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best
• Experience in development (valued)
• Great communication, analysis and listening skills
• Software Craftsmanship’s
