emagine is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in Lisbon, Portugal, to support Agile teams in an international banking environment. You will facilitate Scrum practices, coach Agile teams, and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

Ideal candidates have proven experience in Scrum environments, strong communication skills, and a knowledge of Agile principles. The role may involve occasional travel to Switzerland and offers an immediate start.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• English level C1 or above.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a servant leader for Scrum teams.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies.
• Coach teams on Agile values and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement.
