Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Leader/Scrum Master to drive multi-disciplinary teams in developing and evolving critical technology solutions. You will promote agile practices, coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality delivery with DevOps and CI/CD principles.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex environments, with hybrid work and opportunities for career growth and global projects.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Technical Leader, Scrum Master or in a similar role.
• Experience leading multiple multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
• Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery.
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and software delivery processes.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow and GitHub.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Node.js, APIs and integration tools is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage complex environments, priorities and technical decisions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Scrum Master, cloud or DevOps certifications will be considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leading teams and promoting autonomy, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Applying Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban according to each team’s needs.
• Coordinating priorities with Product Owners, Architects, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensuring technical quality and adherence to development, security and operational best practices.
• Promoting DevOps, automation and CI/CD practices.
• Facilitating communication across teams and ensuring alignment between initiatives.
• Supporting the definition of technical standards, governance and delivery processes.
