Biocol Labs, founded in Lisbon, leads the post-chemical health space. We seek a senior executive to drive strategic and operational execution across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Compliance to reach a predictable €10M monthly revenue.

You will build and mentor cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and partner with the CEO and investors to sustain growth in a fast-paced, international setting. Hybrid Lisbon-based role with international travel.

Qualificações

• Senior experience in operations, finance, or a combined COO/CFO capacity.
• Proven track record in scaling high-growth startups or international organizations.
• Strong background in Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Demonstrated success in building and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Experience in consumer goods, health, or wellness sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, fluent in English (Portuguese a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute operational and financial strategies enabling €10M monthly revenue.
• Lead Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, and Compliance with clear business alignment.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for executives.
• Optimize operational efficiency with scalable processes and automation.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks with international standards.
• Build and mentor high-performing, ownership-driven teams.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to set strategic priorities and growth plans.
• Partner with investors, auditors, and financial institutions for transparent reporting.
• Oversee logistics, supply chain planning and procurement to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
