WE ARE META is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off Consultant to join our hybrid team in Portugal. You’ll apply deep knowledge of the Time-Off module and lead end-to-end implementations to deliver HR solutions.

This position gives you opportunities to network with national and international partners and to grow within a dynamic tech-focused environment. Fluency in English is mandatory; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off
• Proven knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off module
• Experience in at least three end-to-end Time-Off implementations
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) is mandatory

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience;
• Proven knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time-Off module;
• Experience in at least three end‑to‑end Time‑Off implementations;
• Fluency in English (B2/C1 Level) is mandatory;
• Fluency in Portuguese (at least B2 Level) is a nice to have;
• Availability for a hybrid regime, 1x/week, in Braga, Coimbra or Braga ( requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit )
