WE ARE META seeks an IT Software Asset Management Officer to oversee software asset lifecycles, ensure license compliance, and collaborate with international teams in a hybrid Lisbon setting. The role emphasizes SAM expertise and data-driven reporting using Power BI.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years in IT with SAM experience, strong knowledge of license management and compliance, and fluency in English and Portuguese. French knowledge is a plus for our international environment.

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT, including hands‑on experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), ideally within an international, multi‑cultural, remote‑working environment.
• Strong understanding of software compliance and optimization processes: license usage monitoring, inventory management, and contract/purchase documentation analysis.
• Knowledge of PowerBI.
• ITIL certification is considered a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and inquisitive profile, with strong time‑management, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Results‑driven, with the ability to work smoothly with others in an international setup.
• Fluency in English (C1), Portuguese (C1), and French (A2).
• Availability for hybrid work based in Lisbon, Portugal (2/3 days a week), candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
