Required Skills / Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a SAP Consultant, preferably in HR/Payroll projects.
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of payroll tools, with SAP as the core system.
• Previous exposure to the Workday tool is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory (minimum B2 level).
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (Alfragide, 2-3x/week).
