Inetum is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support Learning and Recruiting projects in Portugal. You will gather requirements, assist HR process design, and contribute to system configuration and optimization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, provide consulting and support for SAP SuccessFactors environments, and help troubleshoot issues. The role emphasizes hands-on SF Learning experience and strong communication in a local on-site setting.

Job Description

Support SAP SuccessFactors initiatives with a focus on Learning and/or Recruiting solutions. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, support HR process design, and contribute to system configuration and optimization activities.

• Support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Learning to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Provide consulting and/or support services for SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.

Profile

• Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting or support.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementation and administration.
• Experience configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
• Ability to gather requirements and design HR‑related processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
