Job Opportunity

Seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant
• Proven expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations and BIB integrations within SAP ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of integration scenarios between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environments
• Experience working in international project environments with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proactive and solution‑oriented mindset, ensuring quality delivery aligned with client expectations
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Availability for Hybrid model 1 time a week (based in Lisbon, Braga or Coimbra)
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
