The Core Focus & Tech Stack:

• Core Focus: SAP SuccessFactors Analytics & Story Reporting
• Key Tools: SAP SF, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and legacy reporting tools (Ad Hoc, Canvas, Table, ORD)
• Ecosystem: Experience across modules like Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reporting and Analytics.
• Mindset: Strong hands-on expertise in Story Reporting, migration strategies, role-based permissions, and data governance.
• Communication: Fluent in English (C1 level required).

Work Setup:

Location: Porto.

Hybrid Model: 1 day/week at the office.
