Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Architect to lead large-scale S/4HANA migration programs and RISE with SAP engagements. The role requires deep expertise in SAP Basis, architecture design, integrations, and security, with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

You will drive migration planning, oversee cutover activities, and ensure compliance with SAP best practices, delivering high-impact cloud transformations for life sciences clients.

Qualificações

• Proven experience delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, integrations, and security.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA landscape and define the migration roadmap to RISE with SAP.
• Lead migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Design and govern the target-state SAP architecture, including integrations, connectivity, security, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, managed service providers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Define post‑migration support, governance, and service management processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the RISE shared responsibility model.
• Provide regular project updates and executive‑level reporting.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing complex SAP landscapes, integrations, security, and operational transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP Technology/Basis or SAP Cloud Certifications.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
