Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PMO (Project Management Office) professional to join our dynamic team in Portugal. As the SAP PMO, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating SAP projects across our organization, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and best practices for SAP implementations
Coordinate multiple SAP projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Manage resource allocation across various SAP projects and optimize team utilization
Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders
Facilitate communication between project teams, business units, and external vendors
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and SAP best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor and guide project managers and team members on SAP project management methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP PMO
Experience in managing SAP projects
Strong knowledge of SAP modules and implementation processes
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
Excellent risk management and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Fluency in English; knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally within Portugal and internationally as required
