Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced Coach for AI & Technology Awareness to support a client’s organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a catalyst for digital transformation, empowering employees across all levels to understand, embrace, and effectively leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies.

You will develop and deliver coaching programs for AI concepts and foster a culture of continuous learning and technological innovation within our organization.

Qualificações

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Coach for AI & Technology Awareness to support a client´s organization. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a catalyst for digital transformation, empowering employees across all levels to understand, embrace, and effectively leverage artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. You will develop and deliver coaching programs for AI concepts and foster a culture of continuous learning and technological innovation within our organization.

• Design and deliver customized coaching programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions focused on AI fundamentals, technology trends, and digital literacy for diverse employee audiences
• Assess organizational technology awareness gaps and develop targeted learning strategies with engaging training materials, case studies, and practical resources that translate complex AI concepts into accessible insights
• Facilitate change management initiatives and collaborate with department leaders to integrate technology awareness into organizational development programs and support digital transformation efforts
• Monitor coaching effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics, continuously refining program content and delivery methods to maximize impact
• Build strong relationships with employees at all organizational levels to foster trust, encourage participation, and support the development of a technology-forward organizational culture
• Stay current with AI advancements, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to ensure coaching content remains relevant and impactful

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles, preferably in technology or organizational development contexts
• Strong foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and current technology trends
• Demonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse groups
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, learning initiatives, or organizational change management
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple coaching initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to assess learning needs and customize coaching approaches for different audiences and skill levels
• Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools and platforms
