Fusion Consulting AG in Porto, Portugal, seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Lead to define the roadmap to RISE with SAP and oversee migration planning, testing, cutover, and hypercare. You will design the target-state architecture and drive governance across IT and business stakeholders.

You’ll coordinate with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, and service providers, manage risks, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of SAP experience with S/4HANA environments.
• Proven success delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA architecture and integration.
• Experience managing complex landscapes, security, and transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess the current SAP S/4HANA landscape and define the migration roadmap to RISE with SAP.
• Lead migration planning, execution, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Design and govern the target-state SAP architecture, including integrations, connectivity, security, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with SAP ECS, infrastructure teams, hyperscalers, MSPs, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and manage technical dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Define post-migration support, governance, and service management processes.
• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and the RISE shared responsibility model.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience delivering SAP cloud transformation and RISE with SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA architecture, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori, and cloud technologies.
• Experience managing complex SAP landscapes, integrations, security, and operational transitions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Certification.
• SAP Technology/Basis or SAP Cloud Certifications.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications.
• Experience working with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS).
