Next Engineering in Porto invites a skilled SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support German payroll operations, configure and improve payroll processes, and translate German labor rules into SAP solutions.

You will work with HR, IT, and payroll teams to ensure compliant payroll operations; requires strong SAP HCM Payroll knowledge, German language, and ABAP basics.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll, ideally within German payroll environments.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, payroll accounting, and HR master data.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM German Payroll configuration and customizing.
• Knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll configuration.
• Understanding of FI/CO integration and posting interfaces.
• Familiarity with ALE technology and SAP system integration.
• Basic ABAP knowledge for analysis, debugging, and coordination of technical adjustments.
• Experience with testing, incident management, error analysis, and technical documentation.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and continuously improve payroll-related processes and system functionalities.
• Analyse business requirements, including German labour law regulations and workers council agreements, and translate them into suitable SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across payroll processes, interfaces, and related application components.
• Plan and perform testing of payroll-related changes, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other stakeholders to support efficient and compliant payroll operations.
