Siemens Global Business Services is seeking an IT Solution Expert - Configuration lead for SAP HCM to design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), PA and OM. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy across systems.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of SAP HCM implementation and customization.
• Experience ABAP/4 Development Workbench, ABAP-OO, and SAP FIORI.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA HCM, PA, OM.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work in international teams.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), PA and OM.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand business needs and ensure a smooth integration process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize payroll workflows to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and provide training for internal teams as needed.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM (PY, PA and OM) and integrations.
