Siemens Global Business Services is seeking an IT Solution Expert - Configuration lead for SAP HCM in a hybrid setup in Portugal. You will design, develop, implement, and operate SAP HCM Payroll (PY), Personal Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM), coordinating with global teams to ensure smooth integration and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP HCM customization, strong ABAP/OO skills, and experience with S/4HANA HCM and SAP FIORI.

Qualificações

• Proven experience (5+ years) in SAP HCM customization (PY/PA/OM).
• Experience with ABAP/4 Development Workbench, ABAP-OO and FIORI.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM and integration tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, implement and operate SAP HCM payroll (PY), PA and OM.
• Collaborate with global teams to understand business needs and enable integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with data accuracy and compliance.
• Optimize payroll workflows for efficiency and reliability.
• Maintain documentation and provide training as needed.
• Stay updated on SAP HCM and integrations.
