Hexa Consulting is seeking an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our client’s team in a hybrid role based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will configure and maintain SAP ECC HCM Payroll, translate payroll requirements into functional specs, and support implementation and enhancements in line with regulatory updates.

The ideal candidate has around 4 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English.

Qualificações

• Around 4 years of experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consultant or in a similar SAP payroll-focused role.
• Practical experience with SAP ECC HCM Payroll configuration, support and enhancement activities.
• Strong knowledge of payroll configuration and payroll process analysis.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience supporting implementation, enhancement and maintenance activities within SAP Payroll environments.
• Experience with regression testing related to legislative, regulatory and system updates.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll-related incidents.
• Experience supporting payroll processes in regulated or complex organizational environments.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Collaborative, responsible and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain SAP ECC HCM Payroll in line with business, legal and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze payroll requirements and translate them into functional specifications, system configurations and technical documentation.
• Support SAP Payroll implementation and enhancement activities, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions aligned with standard SAP practices.
• Provide functional support for payroll-related queries, including complex incident analysis and resolution.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to advise on SAP Payroll functionality, solution options and implementation impacts.
• Perform regression testing for legislative, regulatory and system updates.
• Monitor key payroll processes and contribute to system integrity, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Support the ongoing optimization of payroll processes and system performance.
