Fusion Consulting AG is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead in Porto to support a major SAP transformation program. The role focuses on migration strategy, governance, and data readiness rather than hands-on delivery.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA migrations, strong governance skills, and the ability to drive workshops with diverse stakeholders across international projects.

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
• Proven experience defining migration strategies for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and migration best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP Data Migration experience.
• Proven experience defining migration strategies for SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA programs.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and migration best practices.
• Experience working on large-scale, international SAP transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Exposure to SAP MDG, Datasphere, or SAP Data Services (BODS).

This is a strategic role focused on shaping the migration approach and governance model rather than hands-on migration delivery.
