Job summary

Hexa People is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to coordinate the data extraction from legacy systems and ensure data quality and governance during global SAP S/4HANA migration. You will work with business stakeholders and local IT teams to deliver a successful transformation across multiple countries.

You will define migration strategies, manage end-to-end activities, and coordinate cross-functional teams including implementation partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration or Data Management.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW or equivalent migration tools.
• Solid understanding of SAP ECC6 data structures.
• Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI/CO and Supply Chain data.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data governance.
• Experience coordinating multinational SAP projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English.
