Shakers is seeking a SAP Portuguese Payroll Consultant (PY-PT) for a freelance role with a global technology firm. You will support and optimize PY-PT solutions for local and international clients, addressing payroll challenges and ensuring accurate legal reporting.

The role involves partaking in implementation and transformation projects, resolving payroll issues, and collaborating with cross‑regional teams. Hybrid or fully remote work is possible, with real technical ownership from day one.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT).
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM On-Premise and/or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Experience in at least one of: implementation, AMS/support, incident and ticket management, enhancements and payroll maintenance.
• Portuguese and English language proficiency.

SAP Portuguese Payroll Consultant (PY-PT) Freelance role with a global technology firm, working on SAP Portuguese Payroll (PY-PT) solutions for its local and international client base.

The challenge Portuguese payroll is one of the least forgiving areas of SAP HCM: legal reporting moves fast and every unresolved incident lands directly on someone's payslip. You will support and optimize PY-PT solutions across SAP HCM On-Premise and Employee Central Payroll, and take an active part in implementation and transformation projects.
