Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes, with excellent conceptual thinking skills.
• Strong technical capabilities and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner.
• Good understanding of business contexts and the ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models.
• Confident working with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools.
• Proficient to advanced knowledge of SQL and practical experience with SAP; knowledge of Python is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data models based on SAP Datasphere.
• Create analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs in SAP Analytics Cloud and identify optimization opportunities based on the results.
• Implement, document, and roll out developed data models.
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Build and implement a Process Mining solution to enable root cause analyses.

Your role in our team
