Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a SAP BI & Data Analytics Specialist to drive data-informed decision making. You will design data products for reporting and support enterprise analytics, with future focus on process mining to optimize operations.

You will build data models using SAP Datasphere, create dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud, and lead data-driven projects across an international, collaborative team in a hybrid, flexible work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Business Informatics, Data Science or related field.
• Strong data analytics and business process understanding.
• Experience with SAP and SQL in large datasets.
• Ability to present findings to stakeholders.
• Process mining knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in international environment.

Responsabilidades

SAP Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Specialist (m/f/d)

Your role in our team

As aData Scientist (m/f/d), you will drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. You will design and develop new data products for our service business, with a particular focus on company-wide reporting. In the future, you will also support organizational development through the introduction and application of process mining tools for process analysis and optimization.

In addition, you will be responsible for further data-related development initiatives and provide valuable insights through your analyses to support strategic decision-making. Your work will strengthen a data-driven culture and enable data-powered services, giving you a direct impact on the success of the entire organization.

• Design and develop data models based onSAP Datasphere
• Create analytical dashboards and reports with defined KPIs inSAP Analytics Cloudand identify optimization opportunities based on the results
• Implement, document, and roll out developed data models
• Lead data-driven projects and initiatives as aProject ManagerorProgram Manager
• Build and implement aProcess Mining solution to enable root cause analyses

Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Strong passion for data, analytics, and business processes, combined with excellent conceptual thinking skills
• Strong technical capabilities and the ability to solve complex business challenges in a structured manner
• Good understanding of business contexts and the ability to identify opportunities where data analytics can improve processes and performance
• Solid knowledge of data analysis methods and models
• Confident working with large datasets and experienced in using databases and data visualization tools
• Proficient to advanced knowledge ofSQLand practical experience withSAP; knowledge ofPythonis an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly, persuasively, and in a stakeholder-oriented manner
