• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Applications Architecture is required. Expert level of proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is recommended.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
• Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of application architecture.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development.
