IRIUM is seeking an Application Developer for SAP Integrations with focus on HCM. You will design, build and configure applications to meet business requirements, acting as SME and guiding the team on key architectural decisions.

Hybrid Lisbon location; you will engage with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and continuously optimize the application architecture.

Qualificações

• SME to guide the team and drive decisions.
• Expert in Applications Architecture.
• Expert level in SAP HCM Personnel Administration recommended.

Responsibilities

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Applications Architecture is required.
• Expert level of proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is recommended.
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
• Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of application architecture
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development

Location: Lisbon, hybrid
