Responsibilities

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Applications Architecture is required. Expert level of proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration is recommended. Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of application architecture. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application development. Location: Lisbon, hybrid
