IRIUM Portugal seeks an experienced Application Developer - Microsoft .NET - Master to join our team in Lisbon. You will design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET 4.6.2 with migration to .NET 8/10, and build front-end components with HTML, JS, and Razor.

Requirements include 8+ years in .NET, WCF SOAP services, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle PL/SQL and MS SQL Server, plus fluent English and Portuguese citizenship.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development and related technologies.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend solutions using .NET including migration from legacy .NET Framework 4.6.2 to modern versions such as .NET 8/10.
• Front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Razor, Knockout.
• Develop backend services using WCF (SOAP-based).
• Experience with Bootstrap and ASP.NET MVC.
• Database procedures with Oracle (PL/SQL) and MS SQL Server.
• API architecture, integration patterns, non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
• Fluent in English.
• Portuguese citizenship.

We are currently looking for Application Developer - Microsoft .NET - Master

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in .NET development and related technologies (Master level).
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend solutions using .NET, including legacy .NET Framework 4.6.2, with migration to modern versions such as .NET 8/10.
• Build front-end components using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Razor, and Knockout (Razor and Knockout are a plus).
• Develop backend services using WCF (SOAP-based services).
• Experience with Bootstrap and ASP.NET MVC.
• Develop and optimize database procedures using Oracle (PL/SQL) and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Define API architecture, integration patterns, and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and security.
• Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and background services.
• Fluent in English.
• Portuguese citizenship.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Vue.js, Angular, or React.
• Knowledge of cloud-native and containerized environments (e.g., OpenShift).
• Previous experience in the banking sector.

Location: Lisbon, hybrid

Salary Range:

• € – ***** € gross per month.
