We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Technical Lead

Seniority: +5 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Lisbon, Portugal)

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Core, particularly Service Cloud.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including advanced bug investigation and resolution.
• Experience reviewing and approving pull requests and ensuring development quality and standards.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor developers, supporting their technical growth.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development standards, governance and best practices.
• Experience working within multi-country Salesforce organisations and supporting large-scale rollouts.
• Ability to assess technical options and make informed long‑term technical trade‑offs, favouring low‑code solutions where appropriate.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
