KCS IT is seeking an Amazing Salesforce Developer to join our Porto team. We value dedication, energy, integrity, transparency, flexibility, trust, honesty, hard work and proactivity.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Service Cloud, Apex and LWC. The role is hybrid in Porto, Portugal, with opportunities to work across international projects and clients.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with experience in Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience customizing Salesforce to support customer service and support processes.
• Good understanding of Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management and service workflows.
• Experience building automations using Flows, Apex and other Salesforce tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security and access management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Comfortable working with Git and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

The amazing you, will have:

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Salesforce Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
