KCS IT in Lisbon seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive complex Salesforce projects across international teams. You will lead development efforts, design scalable, future-proof solutions, align technical direction with business needs, and mentor engineers to deliver high quality services.

The position is hybrid, requiring regular presence in the Lisbon office. The role requires hands-on Salesforce Core and Service Cloud expertise, strong governance, robust troubleshooting

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Core, particularly Service Cloud.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including advanced bug investigation and resolution.
• Experience reviewing and approving pull requests and ensuring development quality.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor developers.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development standards, governance and best practices.
• Experience working within multi-country Salesforce organisations and supporting large-scale rolloutss.
• Ability to assess technical options and make informed long-term technical trade-offs, favouring low-code solutions where appropriate.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Technical Lead

The amazing you, will have:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead, leading Salesforce development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Core, particularly Service Cloud.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including advanced bug investigation and resolution.
• Experience reviewing and approving pull requests and ensuring development quality and standards.

• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
