Founded in 2008 and based in Lisbon, KCS IT is growing its Salesforce practice. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to deliver solutions on the Salesforce platform, with strong focus on Service Cloud, Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You will join a hybrid role in Lisbon, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to projects for diverse clients across sectors. English fluency is required; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with Service Cloud and customer service workflows.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience customizing Salesforce to support service processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security and access management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions on the Service Cloud platform.
• Build automations using Flows, Apex and related Salesforce tools.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

We are looking for an Amazing: Salesforce Developer

Seniority: +3 years

Type of position: Hybrid (in Lisbon, Portugal)

The amazing you, will have:

• 3+ years of professional experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform, with experience in Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience customising Salesforce to support customer service and support processes.
• Good understanding of Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management and service workflows.
• Experience building automations using Flows, Apex and other Salesforce tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models, security and access management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Comfortable working with Git and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Ability to understand business requirements and turn them into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Salesforce Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge or Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
