KCS IT is seeking a Salesforce Developer (with interest in AI) in Porto, Portugal. The role requires 3+ years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, Apex and Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations.

You will translate business needs into scalable solutions and participate in AI-related initiatives. The position offers hybrid work in Porto with opportunities for full remote or onsite projects and access to training and certifications.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Hands-on Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience
• Customising Salesforce to support sales and customer service processes
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, automation and security
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein)
• Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

The amazing you, will have:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience customising Salesforce to support sales and customer service processes.
• Good knowledge of Salesforce data models, automation and security.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs.
• Previous exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities, such as Agentforce or Einstein.
• Experience with Git and Salesforce deployment practices.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

To turn yourself from amazing to unique, you´ll have (plus):

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce / AI Agents.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Data Cloud, Prompt Builder or Einstein AI.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
