Aubay Portugal is seeking a seasoned Salesforce technology leader to steer the technical oversight of Salesforce applications and platforms for our Utilities sector clients. You’ll bridge client stakeholders with external development teams, drive platform improvements, and ensure delivery excellence across projects.

Qualificações

• 10 years of professional experience with a strong background in Salesforce technologies.
• Proven experience as a Tech Leader, managing applications/platforms or senior Salesforce profile in a leadership role.
• Ability to communicate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external development teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical oversight of Salesforce applications and platforms, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment within the Utilities sector.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the client’s stakeholders and external development teams.
• Drive resolution of complex technical challenges and identify areas for platform improvement and innovation.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices, architectural standards, and project timelines.

What will you do?

• Lead the technical oversight of Salesforce applications and platforms, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment within the Utilities sector.
• Act as the primary technical liaison, bridging communication and requirements between the client's stakeholders and external development teams.
• Drive the resolution of complex technical challenges and proactively identify areas for platform improvement and innovation.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural standards, and project timelines.

What are we looking for?

• 10 years of professional experience, with a strong background in Salesforce technologies.
• Proven experience as a Tech Leader, managing applications/platforms, or a very senior Salesforce profile eager to take on this leadership role.

• Proficiency in Portuguese and English (minimum B1+ level) is mandatory.
