We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and support for the implementation and optimization of global, innovative processes and applications within Salesforce Service and Field Service Cloud;
• Analyze requirements, design concepts, and implement customized Salesforce solutions based on best practices, including system configuration and customization;
• Offer expert consulting on technological topics related to Salesforce and connected areas such as mobile applications and web portals;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project managers on both national and international projects;
• Participate in Salesforce-related events and continuously develop your expertise through ongoing training in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• +3 years of professional experience working with Salesforce solutions;
• Hands‑on experience in building and operating Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service environments;
• Solid technical skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, and Flows, as well as in configuring complex Salesforce systems;
• Strong IT affinity with broad knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS), databases, and CRM systems;
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and strong team collaboration skills;
• Fluency in English, spoken and written (mandatory).
