Bee Engineering ICT is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide Salesforce development, set technical direction, and ensure team quality in an international environment. You will drive architectural decisions, review code, and oversee deployments across multiple environments.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams while maintaining governance and best practices.

Qualificações

• Solid professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience as Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud.
• Experience leading deployments across environments and coordinating with Salesforce Support.
• Ability to review and challenge technical solutions and code.
• Understanding of Salesforce development standards, governance and best practices.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Exposure to multi-country Salesforce implementations or large-scale rollouts.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join an international environment and take a key role in guiding Salesforce development, technical decisions, and team quality.

• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
