Bee Engineering is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to guide development, architecture, and team quality in an international setting. You will steer technical decisions, mentor the team, and ensure governance across deployments and environments.

The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce Core and Service Cloud experience and a proven track record leading distributed teams with strong stakeholder engagement. Fluent English is essential and weekly office presence is expected.

• Experience as Salesforce Technical Lead or Lead Developer.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud.
• Proven ability to review and challenge technical solutions.
• Experience with deployments across multiple environments.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join an international environment and take a key role in guiding Salesforce development, technical decisions, and team quality.

• Strong professional experience within the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Technical Lead / Lead Developer;
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Core and Service Cloud;
• Strong Salesforce development, architecture, and troubleshooting skills;

• Experience dealing directly with Salesforce Support;
• Proven ability to review and challenge technical solutions and code developed by both junior and senior team members;
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development standards, governance, and best practices;
• Experience working with international and distributed teams;
• Previous exposure to multi-country Salesforce implementations or large-scale rollouts;
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills;
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to balance immediate needs with long-term technical sustainability;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Availability to work from the office at least once per week.
