Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Salesforce Architect to design and govern Salesforce processes and solutions aligned with business needs. You will articulate Salesforce Clouds integration within the IT Architecture, and lead development teams ensuring best practices and cost-efficient architecture.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Salesforce Architect experience, a Bachelor's in CS/Info Systems, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Informatics or Information Systems is required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional Salesforce Architect experience.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a Salesforce Architect!

Responsibilities:

• Design and define the best Salesforce processes and solutions to support business needs.
• Articulate the integration of Salesforce Clouds within the overall IT Architecture.
• Lead and guide development teams, providing the necessary technical support, direction, and guidelines.
• Follow up and support the technical aspects of project implementation, ensuring alignment with the defined architecture.
• Manage the Salesforce Clouds and services in the long term, identifying opportunities for optimization and defining courses of action to evolve the architecture.
• Continuously assess and improve the architecture in areas such as capacity, resilience, performance, and costs.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards, and architectural principles.
• Manage the technical relationship with external partners and service providers, ensuring the implementation of relevant Financial Services guidelines.
• Collaborate with different stakeholders to define scalable, efficient, and sustainable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong passion and interest in Salesforce technology.
• Proven experience working with Salesforce Cloud technologies, particularly Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Architect.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
• Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions and architectures.
• Strong ability to solve complex technical problems.
• High level of autonomy and a strong self-learning mindset.
• Flexibility and ability to design and articulate solutions with different technical teams, partners, and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in the Banking, Insurance, or FinTech sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience working with other Cloud technologies is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, support, and guide development teams.
• Good level of English, both written and spoken.
