Usercentrics in Lisbon is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the architecture and long-term health of our Salesforce ecosystem. This hands-on role spans CRM architecture, integrations and RevOps, partnering with GTM leadership to ensure scalable, secure solutions that grow with the business.

You will own design standards, oversee integrations with marketing automation, data enrichment and billing stacks, and guide buy-vs-build decisions while staying ahead of Salesforce innovations

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Salesforce architecture or senior Salesforce roles.
• Experience scaling Salesforce in high-growth B2B SaaS.
• Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture and data model.
• Define architectural standards, coding conventions and release management practices.
• Design integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack via APIs, middleware and event-driven architecture.
• Partner with RevOps and GTM to evaluate buy vs. build decisions and guide platform-native solutions.
• Lead technical design reviews, identify risks and ensure security, performance and data governance.
• Stay at the frontier of Salesforce capabilities and bring innovations into the architecture roadmap.
