Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements, and translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions within a hybrid Lisbon setting.

The role requires expertise in Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and strong English communication within a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and configurations.
• Mandatory Salesforce Administrator certification and a solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, workflows, process builder, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and proficiency with the Atlassian suite of products (Confluence, Jira, Zephyr).
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data management within Salesforce.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Fluent English is essential for effective collaboration within a global and distributed team.
