Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Lisbon team. You will support the delivery of Salesforce solutions, focusing on the full implementation lifecycle, independently delivering well-defined features and owning smaller workstreams, while collaborating with technical experts.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with Service Cloud, strong Apex, and LWC or Aura components, plus REST/SOAP integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Service Cloud and full implementation lifecycle.
• Hands-on Apex development, and experience with LWC or Aura Components and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Mandatory Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, plus Salesforce configuration, technical documentation, Git, SFDX, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+).
• Experience with Omni-Channel Routing, Security & Access Models, or Data Access & Visibility is desirable.
• Alignment with corporate culture and a customer-focused, collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Lisbon environment.
