Job summary

Aubay Portugal is seeking a skilled Tech Lead/Software Developer to drive delivery for client projects. The role emphasizes hands-on design, development with Low-Code/No-Code and React, and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of leadership or developer experience, strong Power Platform expertise, and fluency in French and English, operating in an Agile environment with emphasis on quality and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Tech Lead or Software Developer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Proficiency in React and Python; solid PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience writing technical specifications and performing code quality and security reviews.
• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2+); excellent client/team communication.
• Experience in Agile environments and strong stakeholder management.
