A Olisipo procura um(a) Engenheiro(a) Salesforce sênior para liderar projetos em Marketing Cloud e Data Cloud. O candidato(a) ideal tem forte atuação em modelagem de dados, ingestão de dados e resolução de identidade, com foco em GDPR/CCPA e proteção de dados.

Será responsável pelo design, implementação e testes, bem como pela automação de pipelines e integração com sistemas externos. Vaga com regime de trabalho híbrido em Lisboa.

Qualifications

• 5+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento Salesforce com foco em Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Conhecimento sólido de modelagem de dados, ingestão e resolução de identidade.
• Conformidade com GDPR/CCPA e gestão de consentimento.
• Conhecimentos avançados de AMPscript/SSJS e web techs (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Experiência com Email Studio, Journey Builder e automação.

Responsibilities

• Projetar, implementar e testar requisitos Salesforce/Marketing Cloud.
• Escrever especificações funcionais e técnicas e entregar código limpo.
• Executar testes unitários, revisar defeitos e ajustar casos de teste.
• Gerir pipelines de ingestão, transformação e identity resolution no Data Cloud.

Profile

• - Minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Salesforce development, with a specialized focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud;
• - Proficient in comprehensive Data Modeling (Data Streams, DLOs, DMODs, Unified Individual, Identity Resolution frameworks) and Ingestion mechanisms (Batch, Streaming, API-based, S3/Google BigQuery external connectors, token management, and authentication flows);
• - Skilled in Data Transformation (Data Mapping, Calculated Insights, Transformation Rules, SQL Query Editor, schema alignment, and standardization/enrichment logic) and Identity Resolution (match/reconciliation rules, identity stitching, deterministic/probabilistic approaches);
• - Strong expertise in GDPR/CCPA compliance, consent management, secure data access, PII protection, and integration architectures involving real-time triggers/event patterns;
• - Advanced technical proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, WSProxy, advanced SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive/dark mode email optimization;
• - Practical expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud studios: Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio, coupled with advanced automation orchestration and performance optimization;
• - Fluent English proficiency at B2 level or higher (both written and spoken);
• - Valued Differentiators: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I e II, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certifications.

Responsibilities

• - Take end-to-end responsibility for the design, implementation, parameterization, and unit testing of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud requirements;
• - Write comprehensive functional and technical specifications and deliver clean, compliant code for system integrations;
• - Execute unit tests, analyze defects, implement fixes, and define or review test cases;
• - Handle data modeling, ingestion, transformation logic, and identity resolution pipelines within Salesforce Data Cloud;
• - Ensure strict compliance with GDPR/CCPA regulations, consent management policies, secure data access, and PII protection standards.
