Cronos Europa Portugal, the Lisbon delivery centre of Cronos Europa, seeks a hands-on Salesforce developer to join an enterprise-scale environment. You will develop and maintain Service Cloud solutions, implement Apex, Flows, LWC and platform configuration.

You will work within Agile teams, write tests, manage integrations via APIs, and participate in CI/CD with Git. Fluent English is required, and there is a strong emphasis on collaboration with architects and QA in a fast-paced,

Qualificações

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Aura.
• Solid Salesforce configuration experience (Flows, validation rules).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations.
• Strong SOQL skills and data modeling understanding.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions supporting customer service operations.
• Configure and customize Salesforce using Apex, Flows, LWC, Aura, validation rules, and platform setup.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Work within an enterprise-scale Salesforce Platform and Service Cloud data model.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests as part of the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems through APIs.
• Collaborate with Azure-based middleware when required by integration architectures.
• Ensure integrations are robust, observable, and fail predictably.
• Work with Git version control and established CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with architects, QA teams, and fellow developers.
• Support deployments, troubleshooting activities, and continuous platform improvements.

Technical skills:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Solid Salesforce configuration experience, including Flows, validation rules, and platform administration.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform.
• Experience developing and maintaining API-based integrations.
• Strong SOQL skills, including querying and optimizing enterprise-scale data volumes.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce security and data model.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Azure middleware.
• Contact center integration experience.
• Exposure to AI-enabled customer service solutions.
• Knowledge of customer service operations and processes.
• Experience in multi-country or multi-market Salesforce implementations.
• Background in customer service, contact center, or after-sales operations.
• Experience within automotive, manufacturing, or large-scale B2C service environments.
• German or other European languages.

Work Model:

• Location: Cronos Europa Portugal, in Lisbon.
• Engagement: Full-time.
