Telenor Shared Services Portugal, based in Lisbon, is seeking experienced Salesforce developers to expand a large Nordic Salesforce environment and deliver value across sales, service, and operations. You will work within a cross-functional team to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions that support the customer journey.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in software development, with at least 2 years in Salesforce, plus Salesforce certifications.

At Telenor, we have one of the largest and most advanced Salesforce environments in the Nordics. We're now looking for experienced developers who want to help further develop the platform and create value across the entire customer journey - from sales, customer service, and operations.

As part of Telenor Shared Services Portugal, you'll become a member of a vibrant community of over 25 developers, bringing together diverse expertise and working closely with teams across the Nordic Group.

Work with the entire Salesforce portfolio in one of the largest environments in the Nordics. Create smart solutions for sales and customer service - together with the most skilled (and friendliest) people.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will work within Telenor Norway Salesforce ecosystem, comprising several mature platforms that have evolved over the past 15 years.

You’ll develop smart and scalable solutions on this Salesforce platforms, as well as maintaining and iterating the current functionalities. You’ll collaborate with both the business side and other tech teams to understand needs and translate them into functional and sustainable code. You’ll also be responsible for staying up to date and exploring new possibilities.

Additionally, you’ll play a key role in evolving our ways of working and our team culture - we're building this together.

What We Think You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field;
• +4 years of proven experience as a Software Developer, with at least 2 years in Salesforce development
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as:
• Certified Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Developer
• JavaScript Developer
• Knowledge and experience with CPQ solutions is a plus;
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Github;
• Enthusiastic about and experienced in using agentic AI in software development;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Strong communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback;

Most importantly, you enjoy learning, sharing knowledge, and building strong relationships. You communicate well in English, and you thrive in agile, cross-functional teams.

Based in Lisbon, Telenor Shared Services Portugal (TSS Portugal), founded in 2024, is a nearshore delivery center supporting Telenor business units across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Denmark. Our teams provide a broad range of services, including Software Development, IT and HR Service Desk operations, Talent Acquisition, Privacy & Compliance, Order-to-Cash and others.
