Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
Experience in Salesforce Lightning Experience environment.
Background supporting both Build & Run delivery models.
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
Salesforce CPQ Certification and Sales Cloud exposure are a plus.

Responsibilities

Configure and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions, translating business requirements into configurations.
Manage products, product bundles, price books, discount schedules, product rules, and price rules.
Configure and maintain quote templates, quote terms, and pricing and quoting processes.
Participate in SIT/UAT testing phases, supporting defect analysis and resolution.
Provide Level 2 functional support for incidents and service requests related to CPQ, pricing, and contracting.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams, maintaining functional documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
